CouplingCondition

Acoustic coupling condition for an interval of an optical path.

Coupling conditions cover the half-open interval [start_distance, end_distance), matching the start/end idiom of time epochs; equal start and end marks a point. Coverage may be partial; optical distance not covered by any coupling condition has undefined coupling, and conditions may not overlap one another. All distances are optical distances.
